The Story of Yeshua
Yeshua On Mount Carmel

The Yeshua that we speak of, is not He that you find in the Bible stories. It is He who is available as the spiritual guide to any of us that choose to accept Him, in helping us to become more successful in our journey to be at one with God. Two thousand years ago, Yeshua told his followers, "The Lord is our Father and Mother, and we are all His children." If Yeshua were physically here with us this moment, He would share with you that He is willing to be the spiritual guide for every one of His brothers and sisters who are willing to have Him help in their understanding of their relationship with our Father. It does not matter whether you are Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, agnostic, or have no religion at all. Yeshua is here and He is available to you as your spiritual guide.

The natural system of rebirth, that was created by God and agreed upon by us before our spirits came onto earth, is to continue to have human experiences, until such a time as our souls reach perfection. You may ask how Yeshua was different from other people. What separated Yeshua from others? Was it that He was born again on earth although He had already become a perfected soul? It was because Yeshua had already reached perfection, that He had the incredible wisdom, as well as the ability to perform miracles. Because he had reached perfection, he did not have to come back again. Instead, His coming onto earth was a gift from God to help show us the way to also attain that same perfection as we continue to be reborn.

Even in the gospels, in spite of its many errors, reference is made that Yeshua did indeed live previous lifetimes on earth. It is written in John, Chapter 6, that Yeshua was preaching at a temple in Nazareth, and made the remark that Abraham had rejoiced to see His day, and that He saw it and was glad. The members of the church asked, "How is it that you are not even 50 years old, and yet you claim that you have seen Abraham?" Yeshua responded to them, "Verily, verily I say unto you, before Abraham was, I am."

Yeshua's spiritual mind and conscious mind was one and the same. He literally walked the earth, with His spiritual mind and conscious mind functioning simultaneously. That is why Yeshua was able to share with us the messages from God that He did, and was able to be an example of tremendous love and compassion and living His life in truth.

When I was recently giving a symposium in St. Louis, a woman asked me a question at the end of my presentation, "Did Jesus die for our sins?" I asked her, "What sins are you talking about? The sins that you supposedly were born with, or the sins that you committed during your lifetime?"

After much hesitation, she responded by saying the sins she had committed in this lifetime. I then asked her, "What sin do you believe you committed in this lifetime that would place upon you the responsibility of the death of Yeshua 2,000 years ago?" She was embarrassed and did not answer.

I was not trying to embarrass her. I was truly trying to get her to understand that we should take responsibility for the negative acts that we commit in this lifetime. Accepting this responsibility does not require that we place the burden for the death of our beloved Brother 2,000 years ago upon our shoulders. Nor will accepting this burden alleviate our responsibility for having to atone for those acts. The only way this can be accomplished is by living our lives through the messages that Yeshua came to teach us of universal love, universal compassion and living in truth. Only then will we begin to atone for our "sins."

Yeshua lived for us. He did not die for us. I do not believe that we should celebrate His death, but instead celebrate His life. Yeshua would never want us to carry that heavy burden in our hearts, to feel that we, who now live 2,000 years after our Brother died on the cross, are responsible for His death.

I try to understand why there are so many religious teachers who are compelled to continually try to place guilt on their followers by telling them that they are responsible for the death of Christ. The greatest sin that one could commit is to commit a sin in the name of God. But these people continue to do so.

I share with every one of you, with all my heart and soul, that Yeshua lived for us. We are all on the same journey, our destination to become one with God. There are many ways that we can travel on that journey. We all will eventually reach our destination even though we may get there at different times, and even though we may enjoy the journey in different ways based on our own experiences. With Yeshua as your spiritual guide, you will have even greater enjoyment and greater understanding. Even though I do not have a formal religion, I am very grateful to have Yeshua as my spiritual guide.

Yeshua does not teach that the only path to God is through Him. Our Brother does not have such an incredible ego that He would dictate that you cannot have God in your life unless you are compelled to have Him as your spiritual guide. Paul said 2,000 years ago, "All who call upon the Lord will be saved." By "saved" he meant, will be recognized and accepted.

I have been told by "spirit" that our beloved Brother will be back with us again, in the year 2012, after we have experienced certain things that will be made available to us. He will be here again in the same human form that He was when He walked the earth 2,000 years ago. We shall again have the opportunity to celebrate His life and to let Him know how grateful we are for His having joined us.

As we are now in the midst of our Christmas season, it is time to celebrate the life of our Brother. We should thank God by expressing our gratefulness for His having sent His perfected Son back on earth in order to show us the way. We should live our lives each day embracing universal love, universal compassion and living in truth. In this way we can celebrate the gift that God gave us in His perfected Son and will ourselves become closer to that same perfection.

If you wish to have more information regarding some of the specifics of the life of Yeshua which are not found in the New Testament, and in some cases are in conflict with the New Testament, I would encourage you to read my new book, In God's Truth, whether you find it in the library, borrow it from a friend, or acquire your own copy. I truly believe that you will find great joy in hearing many of His true messages as they were spoken 2,000 years ago, before they were distorted by the pre-medieval church.

May God bless you and all your loved ones during this very special time of the year. And may we all join together and let our Lord know how grateful we are, for letting us stand in His light.
